Guests are required to dress rationally in FORMAL ATTIRE from the neck down and express their unconscious dreams by wearing a costume from the neck up.

Historical Context
The Surreal Movement originated out of Paris exactly 100yrs ago (1924) after the trauma of the Influenza Pandemic and World War I. The founders of the movement wanted to “revolutionize the human experience” by encouraging its followers to explore their wildest dreams and bring them into reality through art, psychology, and literature. Notable dreamers from this era include Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso, Frida Kahlo, and Sigmund Freud.
